Before posting please read the following rules.

1) Forum Membership Guidelines
User shall understand that the forum is to be used only for the posting of information and general discussion about 1:6 scale action figures and associated topics. User agrees that use of this forum is at the discretion of the admin or forum owners, and not a right.

2) Forum Posts or PM Messaging
Any posts or comments posted on the forum, or sent by PM by forum members are considered to be their own point of view. And the liability for those comments is not the responsibility of the forum owners.

3) Threads or Posts
Threads or Posts must be civil and tasteful. Any Threads or posts considered to be offensive to other members, or considered as bad taste may be edited and/or deleted by the forum moderator. This includes signatures, avatars or any others item seems not fit for this forum.

4) Abusive Comments.
Members may not abuse any other member/s forum. If a member does abuse another member/s forum then they will be issued a warning, along with details of why they have been warned. If a member repeats the offence, this will result in a suspension of forum privileges. If continued abuse of this guideline, could result in the forum member being terminated from this forum. However you feel that you have been unfairly treated, and then contact the admin of the Admin team, who will re-view the situation.

5) Discrimination
Discrimination is not tolerated on this forum. Discrimination can take the form of the use of specific words or phrases or can be in the form of a general attitude towards an individual or group of people. Discrimination can be on the basis of but not limited to religion, political persuasion, sex, race, region, disability or sexual orientation.

6) Closing Account
User also appreciate that should user request to have their account closed, that all the posts shall be deleted along with the account, and that forum admin will endeavor as deemed practicable to remove member/s posts in a reasonable period of time as deemed by the forum admin. User also understands that the site admin maintains the right to close the forum at any time.

7) Warnings/Suspensions/Termination
Warnings/Suspension/Termination will be issued if a member breaks these simple forum rules, or causes a disruption to the forum. Warnings/Suspension/Termination can be issued for the following reasons but not limited to: Pointless or offensive Replies Libelous comments, Personal Insults, Strong Language, Possible defamation of character, Possible slanderous comments, Racist/Sexist Comments Religious Comments.

8) Spamming
Spamming In serious cases, a warning will not be appropriate and the account will be suspended for a period of time. Persistent offenders will have their I.P. address blocked.

9) Open Market
Member/s are not allow to open sales on this forum. This includes any Dealer sales and/or individual member sales advertised on this forum. If a member found posting sales item on this forum, this will result in termination of member’s account. We appreciate if member found another member posting or PM pertaining to sales on this forum, please lodge a complaint through the Admin or Moderators.

10) Respect for your fellow forum members
User will not use profane language. You must respect the right of others to express their opinion. You may not make any statements that could be construed as defamatory of an individual, group or business. Threats or any form of harassment against another member will be taken seriously. User further understands that any of these posts made on the forum are the views of the individual and not forum admin and they will be removed as soon as discovered.

11) Commercial Websites
Forum Admin reserve the right to remove avatars, websites or any profile that they believe are offensive to the forum or it's readers, or are deemed as spam - without notification. Commercial websites or promotions are allowed on users profile by prior agreement only, and accounts with un-agreed commercial websites will be classed as spam, and closed without notification.

12) Complaints
If a member has a complaint against another member/moderator/admin, or a post/thread/PM, then contact the forum admin via e-mail or PM. Complaints made public on the forum will be removed. Failure to do so in the correct manner may result in you receiving a warning. An Admin or moderator decision is final. If a Member has something to say about a decision, they must PM the Admin staff for a reply. Administrators/Moderators reserve the right to change the guidelines at any time. To both implement these rule changes retrospectively, and to terminate or warn members as they see fit, when their actions are not covered by the above rules.
