1. INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE
Extremely Fast and reliable Courier Service for International Outbound Parcel. DHL / Aramex / Fedex / UPS are our primary Shipping Carrier.
Any items being shipped under this service will be charged at the actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. Actual shipping cost specific to the destination upon check out. The estimated shipping time is approximately 2-7 days under normal circumstances to Worldwide. Please allow some buffer time for unforeseen circumstances caused by the courier or customs clearance at the destination country.
Applicable duties and taxes (including value added tax), will be the responsibility of the customer in the destination country. If your shipment is rejected by you because of customs clearance charges, or is returned to v-storebiz.com due to restrictions of your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased with us, you will be held liable for return shipment and all other fees incurred by us that are associated with that return.
We may use other carrier if the parcel requires a more economical solution through such carrier(s).
Please note that Courier service DO NOT ship to P.O Box, APO and FPO address except Dubai.

2. Semi-Express Service
New shipping option, Semi-Express Service available to customers in the USA, United Kingdom, Australia & Singapore called DHL Parcel International Direct and Aramex USPS. This new shipping service will provide customers from these countries with cheaper shipping rates for all items ordered on our website. Delivery time is between four to seven days with end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.

**Please note that for DHL Parcel Direct / Aramex USPS, shipment receivers are required to immediately contact the service provider if they have missed a delivery due to Parcel Direct having a 3-attempts-before-parcel-disposal policy. In other words, DHL Parcel Direct will attempt to deliver to your address 3 times and if all attempts are unsuccessful, they will hand over the parcel to a third-party company to do the disposal. Unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve or get compensation for packages that are disposed under the terms of service of DHL Parcel Direct and are not liable for that as it is the responsibility of the shipment recipient to ensure successful delivery**

3. INTERNATIONAL REGISTER PARCEL (POSTAL SERVICE)
Our outbound international register parcels are using economy POS Malaysia Register Post / Singpost / DHL eCommece. Tracking number will be provided.
The Register Parcel transit time are as follows:-
- 5-10 working days to Australia, Asia & New Zealand.
- 7-14 working days to Europe & Middle East.
- 10-30 working days to U.S.A & South America Countries.
4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Malaysia)
POS Laju Malaysia / Skynet / TA-Q-BIN are our primary shipping carrier for all domestic parcels. Shipping charges are calculated by using POS Malaysia or Skynet weight and Size method and are priced as per the discounted POS Laju Malaysia & Skynet shipping rates with a minor handling charges for Domestic destinations.
Any shipping charges both to and from V-Storebiz.com are the financial responsibilities of the customer unless otherwise authorized in advance in writing either by fax or email correspondence.
All Domestic Malaysia orders are shipped with delivery confirmation traceability and automatically included on all outgoing purchases. The estimated delivery time for Domestic Order is approximately 1-2 days under normal shipping circumstances.
5. RETURN POLICY
We are committed to provide superior service to our customers. To provide confidence to our customer for the service we provide, we are offering 14-days of warranty to all sales. If the items you have ordered are defective or incorrect in any way, please contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the warranty period.
We inspect your orders prior to dispatch. If there is a request for "Return for exchange", you shall email or login into “My Account” > “Messages” and submit to us.
Customer shall indicate the reason for complaint along with Order Number, and Upload a Photo of complaint item. We will attend to you as soon as possible. Please do not ship your item back before we investigate your complaint. We will issue a "Return Exchange Authorization" (REA) for your next action when we have completed the investigation.
Customer must retain all items in its original carton or unmarked packaging with all parts present and packed exactly by the manufacturer with no damages to the outer package and all other non-defective parts it the original box. Returned products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fees and/or missing item or damaged product fees. Products ordered and delivered are NOT REFUNDABLE due to “Change of Mind” or mistake on customer’s part.
6. RESTOCKING FEE
20% restocking fee will be charged for Returns that are not caused by v-storebiz.com
7. MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
Additional fee will be charged according to market rate for any part or item missing in the original box and not in the "SELLABLE*" condition.
