The Hong Kong Special Duties Unit (SDU), officially known as the Special Duties Unit (also referred to as the Special Tactical Unit; English: Special Duties Unit, abbreviated as SDU; nickname: Flying Tigers) was established on July 23, 1974. It is part of the Hong Kong Police Force Operations Wing, Police Tactical Unit Headquarters. As Hong Kong’s first paramilitary special police unit, its primary responsibilities include handling high-risk crimes, hostage rescue, counter-terrorism, VIP protection, reconnaissance, search operations, underwater tasks (including underwater search, tracking, evidence collection, and dive rescue), aerial operations, and special missions. The SDU also provides emergency medical services during disasters. The Special Duties Unit plays a crucial role in maintaining Hong Kong’s public safety and social stability, earning widespread acclaim for its efficiency, professionalism, and bravery.

Soldier Story proudly presents the 1/6 scale Hong Kong SDU Assault Rifleman Collectible Action Figure, designed based on the combat gear used by the SDU in recent Close Quarters Battle (CQB) missions.

This figure features the S6.0 Type-A fully articulated body (with over 38 points of articulation) and includes a newly crafted life-like SDU officer headsculpt. a new set of accurately printed tropic MC camouflage combat uniform during CQB mission, along with a flame-resistant assault balaclava, printed SDU logo black T-shirt, Level III+ FAST ballistic helmet with fabric cover, ComTac 3 headset, MUM-14 night vision goggles, anti-flash goggles, MTS and V60 PTT tactical communication systems, tropic MC JPC 2.0 ballistic vest, and various tropic MC tactical gear. The figure also includes the SDU-specific tactical Molle belt, a new pistol magazine pouch, a medical first aid kit, an SDU gas mask pouch, a safety bungee, mid-calf TF assault boots made of genuine leather, and stitched tactical gloves. As a special bonus, a tropic MC face mask is included to enhance the mysterious aura of the Flying Tigers operator.

Breaching equipment includes a Level III+ lightweight ballistic shield customized for SDU use, featuring a cell battery-powered LED light effect for added realism. Additionally, the figure comes with a newly crafted metal tactical mini battering ram and a tactical pry bar.

Weapons include a Glock-17 semi-automatic pistol (equipped with an SDU-specific high-capacity extended magazine and laser sight) and the SDU-configured SIG516 assault rifle (fitted with a 3x magnifier, red dot sight, laser, and MKIII combat light). The weapons also feature a training mode, with the SIG516 including a blank-firing adapter and circular stickers for simulated ammunition identification, which players can freely apply to the magazine. Finally, a set of SDU-exclusive ZULU assault team tropic MC camouflage patches is included. This action figure not only showcases the professional image of the SDU but also reflects its exceptional capabilities in modern counter-terrorism missions.

Returns Policy

We are committed to provide superior service to our customers. To provide confidence to our customer for the service we provide, we are offering 14-days of warranty to all sales. If the items you have ordered are defective or incorrect in any way, please contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the warranty period.

We inspect your orders prior to dispatch. If there is a request for "Return for exchange", you shall email or login into “My Account” > “Messages” and submit to us.Customer shall indicate the reason for complaint along with Order Number, and Upload a Photo of complaint item. We will attend to you as soon as possible. Please do not ship your item back before we investigate your complaint. We will issue a "Return Exchange Authorization" (REA) for your next action when we have completed the investigation.

Customer must retain all items in its original carton or unmarked packaging with all parts present and packed exactly by the manufacturer with no damages to the outer package and all other non-defective parts it the original box. Returned products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fees and/or missing item or damaged product fees. Products ordered and delivered are NOT REFUNDABLE due to “Change of Mind” or mistake on customer’s part.

Pre Order Terms & Conditions

1. Estimated Delivery date shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.

2. Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be shortage of supply by the manufacturer. Allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.

3. In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to customer who has placed the pre-order item.
